- Request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Item must be unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached and complete original packaging.
- Partial deliveries are not accepted.

- Giza: 70 EGP
- Delta governorates: 90 EGP
- Other cities: 110 EGP
